Site Use & Platform Access
Voltra Glyde grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use our digital platform for browsing electric mobility products, placing order requests, and contacting technical support.
- You must provide accurate contact, shipping, and order information when submitting a checkout request.
- Unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, spam, bot usage, fraud attempts, or malicious interference is prohibited.
- We may restrict access if a user violates checkout integrity, security, payment, or support standards.
Product Specifications & Availability
Performance Data
Range, speed, motor power, battery capacity, and torque values are estimates. Real-world performance can vary by terrain, rider weight, weather, maintenance, and battery condition.
Inventory Status
Availability can change quickly. Products shown as active may become unavailable before an order is manually reviewed.
We strive for high accuracy in product descriptions, images, condition labels, and stock status. However, Voltra Glyde does not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free, complete, or always current due to rapid inventory changes.
Manual Payment Process
Secure Workflow
Voltra Glyde currently uses a manual payment verification process. The website does not process card payments directly. Payment instructions are sent by email only after admin review.

The customer submits contact details, shipping details, product selection, and preferred payment method through checkout.

Payment Instructions
After admin review, Voltra Glyde sends payment account details by email. No card is charged directly on the website.

Proof & Confirmation
The customer sends payment proof by email. Once verified, the order is confirmed and delivery coordination begins.

Transit Coordination
A carrier/transitaire receives the shipment details, shares a delivery reference or carrier link when available, and discusses delivery or transit fees directly with the customer.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voltra Glyde shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from product misuse, road conditions, illegal operation, third-party carrier actions, or failure to follow safety guidance.
Riding electric mobility devices involves inherent risk. Users are responsible for complying with local traffic laws, wearing protective equipment, maintaining mechanical integrity, and confirming that the selected product is suitable for their intended use.
Termination & Misuse
Account & Admin Access
Admin access can be revoked if credentials are misused or security procedures are ignored.
False Orders
Fraudulent orders, fake payment proof, or abusive contact submissions may be blocked.
Order Changes
Once a product is handed to a carrier, changes depend on carrier availability and transit constraints.

By continuing to use this site, submitting checkout details, contacting support, or requesting payment instructions, you confirm acceptance of these technical and operational terms.
